We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If for any reason you’re not, you can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items

💵 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
📦 Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning an item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
For expensive or breakable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or adding shipping insurance. We do not guarantee the receipt of returned goods.
